Skyfall advertising - TV

This is a picture I quickly shot of the Skyfall trailer on TV. The time this appeared on TV was approximately at 3pm. This suggests that the target audience is ages between 15 - 40+ and people that have access to TVs. The significance of TV advertising is because televisions are one of the main sources of advertising due to its high popularity. It is used because it is mainly successful in delivering to the global audience. Also using trailers are more effective than picture adverts because it gives a taste to the audience of what the movie holds and it shows what the audience will be expecting.
